Girls 5–18 Years of Age (By Invitation)

Our team experience is offered (by invitation) to girls with the skills and desire to test their abilities in gymnastics competition. Twist has a long history of producing individual State Champions and Championship Teams in competition in the USAG Xcel Program and in the USA Junior Olympic Developmental Program. We build our team predominantly from kids in our class program and we've had numerous athletes named in the list of the top 100 gymnasts/teams in the U.S.

We schedule practice times and frequency appropriate to each level of competition. This allows the kids time to master their current level and to progress to the next level, while also respecting their school and family commitments.
